Design and development services in both English and Spanish
Instructional Design
Using adult learning best practices, I design curricula, develop storyboards, and create session plans for in-person, online, or hybrid learning projects. I can also review existing curricula and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement based on adult learning best practices, your goals, and your audience.
E-Learning Development
Online self-directed training courses don't have to be boring. I work with your raw materials (e.g., reports, slide decks, narrative outlines) or directly with your subject matter experts to develop engaging and learner-centered online courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) that are compatible with your LMS.
Content Localization
Making a course available in another language involves more than just translating the words on the screen. For your courses in English or Spanish, I reformat slide layouts, re-sync animations, and adjust subtitles (length and timing) to ensure your content looks and works great in the other language.

About Me
Over a decade of experience in instructional design and e-learning development, focusing on social impact applications.
My interest in training and education began with my service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mongolia. My two years there developed my dual passions for education and helping build a better world for us all. I returned to the US where I earned a Master's degree in International Training and Education from American University and have spent the subsequent 10+ years in learning and development.
Following a decade of experience in international development and higher education, I turned to offering full-time independent consulting services in instructional design, e-learning development, and virtual facilitation. I have worked directly or as a subcontractor for US federal and state governments, multilateral organizations, non-profit organizations, and higher education institutions.
I speak fluent (native) English and advanced (DELE C1) Spanish.
